Virtual Tour of Spencer-Peirce-Little farm and manor house

Spencer-Peirce-Little farm and manor house located in Newbury is owned by the Society for the Preservation of New England antiquities.
The Bay Circuit Trail winds thru the fields of this working farm.
The manor house is the oldest stone house still standing in New England.   It was built circa 1690.
The house is open for tours in summer.   On a tour you can see both the original construction techniques and 20th century restoration techniques.
